We offer a 30-day return policy on all products purchased directly from us.tcl.com. Items must be in original, unopened condition with all original packaging. To start a return, log in to your account and visit Order History, or contact our support team.
TCL TVs come with a 1-year limited warranty. Smartphones include a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Extended protection plans are available for purchase at checkout. All warranties cover manufacturing defects but do not cover accidental damage or misuse.
On your TCL TV, go to Settings > Device Preferences > About > System Update. Make sure your TV is connected to Wi-Fi. The TV will check for available updates and prompt you to install them. Updates typically take 5-15 minutes and the TV will restart automatically.
